Mac users to meet

The Strait Macintosh User Group will meet at 7 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 7, in the Raymond Carver Room at the Port Angeles Library, 2210 Peabody St. The presenter is Richard Serkes whose topic is “Passwords, passwords, we don’t need no stinkin’ passwords.”
A recent graduate of the Millard Fillmore IT School, Serkes will discuss Internet security in general and OS X 10.9 (Mavericks)/iOS7 security in particular. He will offer suggestions and solutions so you won’t get caught with your virtual knickers in a twist.
