Sequim QFC has joined together with Sequim Community Aid to gather toys for Sequim children this holiday season.

QFC’s Cultural Council Team, from left, Mari Langley, a checker, Laurie Brilhante, supervisor, and Jeff Lundstrom, assistant manager, helped decorate the “Giving Tree” that has more 50 ornamental tags on the tree with a list of gifts that are needed this year. People like Barbara McCauley, on right, can pick up a tag on the tree, purchase the gift and return it unwrapped to QFC, 990 E. Washington St., no later than Dec. 17.

Sequim Community Aid will be giving out the presents from 9 a.m.-4 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 19 at Trinity Unity Methodist Church for families in need in Sequim School District boundaries.
