For the 66th year, Toys for Sequim Kids helped bring smiles to parents like Amber McCarter and their children on Christmas morning.

The Sequim Community Aid event brought in thousands of toys, household items and blankets with the community’s support for 179 parents and 477 children on Dec. 19 in Trinity United Methodist Church.

Sequim Community Aid provides assistance for electricity, water and rent bills and deposits to families in need. Reach Sequim Community Aid’s beeper at 681-3731.

To donate, send money to Sequim Community Aid, P.O. Box 1591, Sequim, WA 98382. For Toys for Sequim Kids make sure it says “toys” in the check’s subject line.
