Sequim man injured in one-vehicle crash

A Sequim man was injured and transported to Olympic Medical Center after a one-car crash on U.S. Highway 101 just east of Sequim on Sunday afternoon.
Derick A. Tollefson, 23, was injured when his 1994 Chevrolet Astro van left the roadway, went up an embankment and vaulted into a ravine, according to a Washington State Patrol report.
The state patrol determined alcohol was involved and charged Tollefson with DUI.
