Nomination forms are available at Greywolf Elementary, Helen Haller Elementary and Olympic Peninsula Academy school offices, or online on the district website home page (, under Programs.

Nomination forms must be received at the district office by 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 18. Due to time constraints, nominations received after Feb. 18 will not be considered.

Note: Students currently receiving Hi Cap services do not need to be nominated again and will continue to receive services.
