Pumpkin party and

country fair scheduled

A pumpkin party and country fair will be held on Oct. 25 at Sequim Prairie Grange, 290 Macleay Road, Sequim.

The pumpkin party begins at 4 p.m. Events include pumpkin carving, decorating a sugar cookie, drinking hot cider and face painting.

A country fair from 6-8 p.m. features food, a fortune teller, Wheel of Fortune, games, a white elephant table, guessing games and cake walk.

Gospel singers

need tenors

Peninsula Men's Gospel Singers, an interdenominational, nonprofit men's gospel singing group from Sequim and Port Angeles, needs one or more first tenors to add to its group of approximately 16 singers.

Interested men of good character and like-mindedness for spreading the gospel through song are asked to call 582-1415 for an audition and more information about the gospel singing group.
