The Music and Movies in the Park series at the James Center for Performing Arts, 202 Blake Ave., has begun.

Concerts are 6-8 p.m. Tuesday evenings. A movie is shown at dusk the last Tuesday of each month.

July 14 - Dixi-Blu Jazz Band, Dixieland and jazz

July 21 - Late Bloomers, acoustic folk/rock

July 28 - Westerly, country/rock/folk/gospel; "Fly Me to the Moon"

Aug. 4 - Holden Young Trip, funk/rock/world music

Aug. 11 - Kevin Magner and M'Elange, folk/rock and blues

Aug. 18 - Deadwood Revival, old-time folk

The free Concerts On The Pier series begins at 6 p.m. on the Port Angeles waterfront. The concerts continue from 6-8 p.m. Wednesdays.
