The PEAK Leadership Program class of 2009 completed its first year on June 27 and marked the occasion with a commencement ceremony at the Incubator at Lincoln Center in Port Angeles.
Executive director Danille Turissini said that up to 25 participants will be selected for the 2009-2010 PEAK Leader Class II. The program seeks candidates with demonstrated leadership who want to increase their leadership capacity, gain a deeper appreciation of others, and learn collaborative leadership.
Once-a-month learning sessions are held.
Those interested in participating in the 2009-2010 PEAK Leadership Program must apply by Monday, Aug. 3. Applications are available for download at http://peakleadershipnw.net/apply-peak-2010/ or upon request to info@peakleadershipnw.net or by calling 360-301-4134.
Qualified applicants will be interviewed, with final selections announced in late August. The 2009-2010 PEAK Leadership 10-month series will begin on Thursday, Sept. 30.
