Alfred W. Crampton, a 65-year-old Sequim resident, died Sunday evening from injuries sustained in an Aug. 6 car crash on Interstate 90 east of Ellensburg, according to the Washington State Patrol.
His wife, Theresa A. Crampton, 61, Sequim, remains in satisfactory condition with a broken arm and head injuries at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle.
The couple's Ford F-150 pickup truck and travel trailer were eastbound on I-90 when it began to fish-tail, according to the state patrol report.

The pickup went through the guardrail and rolled down an embankment.
Theresa Crampton was airlifted to Harborview; Alfred Crampton was taken to Kittitas Valley Community Hospital complaining of only a sore neck and legs plus cuts and bruises.
But he too later was airlifted to Harborview, where he died at 5:30 p.m. Sunday.
