Donations accepted
JACE The Real Estate Company sponsors the fifth annual Everything But Food Drive to benefit Port Angeles and Sequim food banks.
Donations of new, unopened toiletry items, as well as pet food and supplies will be accepted during business hours at JACE's Port Angeles and Sequim locations.
Toiletry items include shampoo, soap, toothpaste and toothbrushes, disposable diapers, baby wipes, toilet paper and paper towels.
Donations will be accepted at 933 E. First St., Port Angeles, and 761 N. Sequim Ave., Sequim.

Dinner served earlier
Dinner nights at The Sauer Kraut German Deli, Bakery & Café start at 5 p.m. Tuesday-Friday: German dinner, Tuesdays; homestyle dinners with vegetarian options, Wednesdays; and fish night, Thursday.
German dinners are served as "The Happy Wanderers" accordionists play on Fridays.
The Sauer Kraut is at 10181 Old Olympic Highway,
Sequim.

Gardener gets certificate
Dan Field, lead gardener at Clark Horticultural, Sequim, achieved certified arborist status after passing the International Society of Arboriculture examination.
Clark Horticultural is an organic landscape management and specialty pruning company.
