To share that magical state, join actress Lynda Day George and friends at Hollywood Nights.
The red carpet will be rolled out for the 4 p.m. dinner and 5 p.m. Sunday, March 7, big-screen showings in the Vern Burton Community Center, 304 E. Fourth St., Port Angeles, of the Academy Awards presentations in that other Hollywood.
Day George, honorary chairwoman for Hollywood Nights, received Golden Globe and Emmy Award nominations for "Mission Impossible" and was on numerous TV shows in the 1960-1980s.
The Olympic Medical Center Foundation benefit includes live and silent auctions, raffles and prizes. Funds raised support OMC's cardiac services, emergency room, laboratory, obstetrics, radiology and home health departments.
Dress as a favorite movie star or character and win a prize or wear cocktail attire.

The event is presented by First Federal.
