On Friday, May 14, third-grade Cub Scouts from Pack 4490 participated in the bell-ringing ceremony at Veterans Memorial Park in Port Angeles and received the National Sheriffs Association Crime Prevention Patch from Clallam County Sheriff Bill Benedict.
