Patti Green is the new patient relations coordinator for Olympic Medical Center. In her new position, Green will oversee patient satisfaction initiatives and work with patients and families to resolve complaints and grievances.

“Patti brings experience and sincere compassion to the role of patient relations coordinator,” said Donna Davison, administrative director of risk management.

“Staff, patients and families will appreciate the positive impact she will have on our efforts to continuously provide excellent service.”

Green worked for the Washington State Department of Developmental Disabilities for 14 years as an institutional counselor and respite coordinator. During her tenure there, she was responsible for staff training and for organizing patient service needs with staff and families. Green also worked to develop programs to ensure patient and family satisfaction. Most recently she worked for four years with Olympic Medical Home Health as office supervisor.

Green said, “I am very excited that my new role will allow me to work closely with patients, their families and Olympic Medical Center staff to achieve OMC’s mission of service excellence.”
