Four free Healthy Solutions lectures have been scheduled in Sequim for October:
• Wednesday, Oct. 3, noon. “Exercises for Core and Healthy Weight Loss,” by Jay and Heidi Bryan, owners of Anytime Fitness. Sequim Transit Center, 190 W. Cedar St.
• Sunday, Oct. 7, 3 p.m. “Powerful Tools for Caregivers: Managing Stress,” by Barbara Parse, R.N. Dungeness Valley Lutheran Church, 923 N. Sequim Ave.
• Wednesday, Oct. 10, 2:30 p.m. “Safe Stretching for Seniors,” by Shelley Stratton, R.N., CPT. Second floor, Olympic Medical Center, 840 N. Fifth Ave.
• Sunday, Oct. 21, 3 p.m. “Portion Control” by Eileen Romano, Weight Watchers instructor. Dungeness Valley Lutheran Church, 923 N. Sequim Ave.
The lectures are part of Working on Wellness, a program of the Sequim-Dungeness Valley Health & Wellness Clinic, Sequim’s only free clinic.
