Olympic Peninsula Narcotics Enforcement Team sources

Kayla Kristine Howell, 21, of Port Angeles, was sentenced to serve 24 months state probation after she pleaded guilty to two counts of delivery of a controlled substance, suboxone, Aug. 9 in Clallam County Superior Court.
Howell pleaded guilty to unlawfully delivering suboxone to the Olympic Peninsula Narcotics Enforcement Team on April 18 and April 23. Charges resulting from the deliveries of oxycodone on April 25 and May 3 were dismissed as part of the plea agreement.

Jonathan Eugene Henderson, 40, of Port Angeles, was sentenced to serve 20 months in a state prison, after he pleaded guilty to delivery of a controlled substance, heroin, in Clallam County Superior Court on Sept. 19, according to Olympic Peninsula Narcotics Enforcement Team sources.
Henderson sold about 1.5 grams of heroin to OPNET on Aug. 4, 2011, in Port Angeles. Henderson’s prison sentence will be followed by 20 months of state probation.

Cheryl Ann Possinger, 53, of Port Angeles, was sentenced to 24 months state probation after she pleaded guilty to two counts of delivery of a controlled substance, oxycodone, in Clallam County Superior Court on Aug. 28.
Possinger’s plea and sentence are results of an Olympic Peninsula Narcotics Enforcement Team investigation into the unlawful delivery of prescription medication in Port Angeles and Sequim during the spring of 2012.
Possinger delivered oxycodone to OPNET on May 8 and May 9. Possinger was one of seven suspects arrested by OPNET on June 8.
