The Citizen of the Year program is sponsored by the Sequim-Dungeness Valley Chamber of Commerce to recognize persons who have contributed significantly to the Sequim-Dungeness Valley community. Each year, the chamber selects a Citizen of the Year as well as two awards for Community Service. Nominations for the awards are made to the chamber by residents of the the area. Nomination applications will be accepted at the chamber during January and the awards will be presented at the Feb. 25 luncheon.
