Fun abounds at Family Farm Day

What would have been the 20th Clallam County Farm Tour, became the Family Farm Day at the Dungeness Valley Creamery on Sept. 30.

Owners of the Creamery and Washington State University Extension of Clallam County partnered to bring plenty of offerings from live music to hay and pony rides to demonstrations from local groups.

Organizers estimate about 885 people attended the event.

Previously, WSU Clallam County staff said that the tour consolidated into Family Farm Day this year to accommodate construction projects on U.S. Highway 101 and Old Olympic Highway.
