U.S. Rep. Derek Kilmer, D-Gig Harbor, is hosting a series of town hall events for residents of Washington’s 6th Congressional District.

Kilmer and staff host a Clallam County town hall at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 22, at Peninsula College’s Little Theater, 1502 E. Lauridsen Blvd, Port Angeles. No RSVP is required, and doors open 30 minutes prior to the start time.

He will also appear at a Jefferson County Town Hall in Quilcene on Jan. 23, a Pierce County Town Hall in Tacoma on Jan. 24, a Grays Harbor County Town Hall in Montesano on Jan. 25 and two Kitsap County town halls — in Poulsbo and Belfair — on Jan. 26.

Note: Rep. Kilmer could be called back to Washington, D.C., regarding the partial federal government shutdown; if he is called back, Kilmer will host a FacebookLive Town Hall instead of the scheduled events.
