Newly-crowned Clallam County Fair Queen Janeydean O’Connor received a cape from 2016 Queen Katelynn Carter while Marykate Napiontek was named the fair’s new Princess during a coronation ceremony on Saturday, Feb. 25, at the Clallam County Fairgrounds in Port Angeles. O’Connor, 16, of Sequim, and Napiontek, 16, of Port Angeles will preside over the fair in August and represent the county in other fairs across the region in 2017.
