Snow delay: Sequim schools start late, cancel afterschool program

Sequim schools are getting off to a late start and there may be changes coming later today.

With a light snow hitting downtown Sequim, Sequim schools pushed a two-hour late start — a 10:15 a.m. start time for all schools except Greywolf Elementary, which started at 10:30 a.m. — and canceled the OTE after-school studying program.

District buses are on snow routes for both morning and afternoon pick-ups/drop-offs.

More changes to the day’s schedule may come; see www.sequimschools.wednet.edu or see the district alert page at www.sequim.k12.wa.us/Page/4671.
