Roberta S. Zob
A service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 17, at Independent Bible Church, 116 Ahlvers Road, Port Angeles, for Port Angeles resident Roberta S. Zob, who died Dec. 6, 2011, at the age of 65 of cardiac arrhythmia.
She was born Feb. 20, 1946.
Drennan & Ford Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

 

 

Wilma F. Bradfield
No service was reported for Sequim resident Wilma F. Bradfield, who died Dec. 3, 2011, at the age of 80.
She was born May 3, 1931, in Medford, Ore., to Charles and Mary Coulson Bradfield.
She was an office manager in California and moved to Sequim in 1988.
She is survived by her son Michael Hopkins of Missouri; daughter Linda Hopkins of Sequim; five grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter.

 

 

Betty Renae Williams
No service was reported for Sequim resident Betty Renae Williams, who died Dec. 5, 2011, at the age of 76 of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
She was born Sept. 12, 1935.
Drennan & Ford Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

 

Orville G. Allen
June 12, 1928 - November 2, 2011
Orville G. Allen, 83, a 22-year resident of Sequim, died November 2, 2011.
He was born in Milledgeville, Illinois to Orville and Clara Allen.
Mr. Allen received a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics and
Physics from Northern Illinois University, a Master of Science in Mathematics Degree from the University of Illinois, plus post
graduate courses from UCLA in statistics and computer science.
He was employed by North American Rockwell as a systems
analyst, working on the Space Shuttle Program. When the Shuttle was fully operational he continued his work on Space Station. Mr. Allen received many awards for his work, including a Silver Snoopy award given to individuals chosen by the Astronauts for outstanding service in testing and performance.
He is survived by Jean, his wife of 59 years, daughter and son-in-law Debbie and Greg Stubbs of Covington, WA, two grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild, and sisters Helen Kelly and Anna Millhouse of Illinois.
He was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church and the American Statistical Association.
Sequim Valley Chapel was in charge of arrangements.
