Donna Jean Litzau (Foley)

June 28, 1937 – September 8, 2018

It is with love in our heats that we announce the peaceful passing of Donna Jean Litzau on September 8th, 2018. Born in Sedro Wooley, WA on June 28th, 1937 as Donna Jean Linde. Then spending the majority of her life living and working in Port Angeles, WA. During retirement, home continued to Sequim, WA. Her beautiful smile, laugh and kind heart touched many.

Donna’s long marriage to William Foley began in 1956 and brought along 4 children, 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren, with more to follow. She was truly dedicated to the love, laughter, enthusiasm, needs and comforts of her family. Neighborhood and community friends were also welcomed into her home. Creating wonderful memories for all.

She loved laughter, music, the warm sun and beaches, having pets, family gathering and sporting events, especially if she was rooting for her children or grandchildren. Seahawk Sunday was considered a gathering of family and friends, sharing time, laughter and emotions.

Donna continued to share her enthusiasm and love of life with her marriage to Marvin Litzau in 2009.

Her brightness will remain in the hearts of husband Marvin Litzau, sons, Jeffrey and Thomas Foley, along with their wives, daughter, Lisa Foley, grandchildren, Jessica Foley, Ryan Foley, Darian Foley, Brenton Strohm, Elisha Annis and Andrew Hocster, great grandchildren, Danika Lexknocker, Emily Lexknocker and Olivia Jaycox, along with brothers, sisters, friends and more family.

Now reunited with loving son William Foley and many others.

Please join us on Thursday, October 4th at 11:30 am for a memorial service at Queen of Angels church, 209 W 11th St, Port Angeles, with a gathering of family and friends to follow at the Port Angeles Yacht Club, 1305 Marine Drive.
