2018 Olympic Peninsula Salmon Derby tickets on sale

The Gardiner Salmon Derby Association announced last week that tickets for the 2018 Olympic Peninsula Salmon Derby, set for March 9-11, are now available for purchase online.

The derby continues to offer a $10,000 first prize and ticket prices remain $40 for one or all three days.

Online ticket sales can be purchased for $42.50 (includes service charge) at www.gardinersalmonderby.org.

Tickets will be available at local participating merchants starting Jan. 5.

The Olympic Peninsula Salmon Derby has been held for more than 40 years and is hosted by the Gardiner Salmon Derby Association, a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation that supports area scholarships, community and emergency services.

This winter blackmouth classic is part of the Northwest Marine Trade Association Northwest Salmon Derby Series, and a grand prize boat will again be awarded to one winner in 2018.

Ticket holders for the Olympic Peninsula Salmon Derby are automatically entered into the boat drawing which will be held in the fall of 2018.
