Sequim equestrians win District 4 title





The trophy case is getting full and figures to get more crowded in May.

Sequim High School's equestrian team captured 43 medals and the District 4 team trophy at the district awards ceremony in Adna on April 26.

Sequim sends all 15 team members to the state championship, scheduled for May 15-18 in Wenatchee.

Below are results from the district meet. Gold medals are first-place finishes, silver is second, bronze is third and SQ denotes a state qualifying mark:
