Cruisers eliminate Wolves

The Eatonville boys’ basketball squad used a 25-point fourth quarter to knock off Sequim’s Wolves 66-57 on Tuesday night in a West Central District playoff game, ending the Wolves’ season.

John Textor led Sequim with a season-high 23 points, helping the Wolves take a 45-41 lead going into fourth quarter.

But Eatonville got a couple of key three-pointers from Dalton Hancock to go up 58-53 and hit eight-of-nine form the free throw line to close it out.

Corbin Webb added 17 points for Sequim.

It was the final game for Sequim seniors Textor, Jordan Alcafaras, Clancy Catelli, Michael Dunning and Jeremie Oliver.
