Crocs take bronze in Shelton

Sequim's own Crocs senior softball team, composed of members of the Grey Wolf Softball Club of Sequim, played in the Washington Senior Games in Shelton on July 13-14.

On Saturday, in the bracket play, the Crocs went 2-1 and were placed in the highest bracket.

On Sunday, the Crocks had the pleasure of playing The Ruth 60s, a major plus team that is considered to be one of the best teams in the U.S. The Crocs lost 25-10.

In the game for third place (bronze), the Crocs edged the Renton Softball Club, 21-16.
