Tourneys on tap at SkyRidge

It’s a festive time at SkyRidge Golf Course this weekend.


On Saturday, July 20, the course hosts its eighth Lavender Golf Tournament, set for a 9:30 a.m. shotgun start. Format is two-person scramble. Some of the tourney’s proceeds go to aid disabled veterans of foreign wars, Port Angeles branch. Cost is $45 per player, with lunch included. Power carts are $15 per seat. Extra honey pots are available for $10 each.


On Sunday, July 21, SkyRidge is home to the Clallam Links “Open” that follows the British Open. Format is individual medal play. Lunch is at noon and a mini shotgun starts at 1 p.m. Cost is $55 per player and pays for 18 holes of play, honey pot, range balls, KPs, long putt contest and lunch. Power carts are $15 per seat. The first 40 registered are in.
