Local players battle at World Series


Port Angeles teens Bailey Earley, 14, and Noah McGoff, 14, members of the Bremerton-based Westhills Vipers squad, join their teammates at the 2013 Xtreme World Series baseball tournament in San Diego, Calif., on July 21-28. The team qualified to play in the World Series in June. Earley played on Sequim Little League teams while McGoff played on a Sequim travel baseball club. Earley is the son of Jay Earley of Sequim and Billie Jo Merideth. McGoff’s parents are Debbie and Tom McGoff.
