SHS grad party golf tourney set for May 24

The Sequim High School Senior Class of 2014 hosts a Graduation Party Golf Tournament, starting at 1 p.m. on Saturday, May 24, at The Cedars at Dungeness.

Format is best ball scramble. Cost is $75 per player. The fee includes golf, range balls, power cart and dinner. Prizes are awarded to the top teams and contests include longest drive and closest to pin. Wilder Toyota sponsors a hole-in-one prize on hole No. 17. In addition, members of the Sequim High School golf team are auctioned off to the highest bidders to add a fifth player to teams.

Money raised goes to the annual alcohol- and drug-free party that follows graduation. Sponsorship opportunities also are available.
