Lightning soccer team wins places second at West Sound Summer Classic

The Storm King Lightning Boys U11 soccer team placed second at the 6-team West Sound Summer Classic at the Kitsap County Fairgrounds June 28-29. The Lightning went 2-2 for the weekend with two blowout wins and their two losses against the champions Holtzinger of Yakima. Overall, the team scored 22 goals in the four tournament games.
