Three members of the Clallam County Orcas are headed to the Washington State Special Olympics golf finals at Walter Hall Golf Course in Everett Aug. 20-22. Joining coaches Garrett Smithson, left, and Bill Shea, second from right, are Orcas David Nowell Carver, second from left, Amanda Forbes, center, and Kimberly Ann Wing.
