Picklers offer novice classes

The Sequim Picklers are offering a free, four-week, Novice Training Class from May 2-25. The class is for eight beginning pickleball players and will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3-4 p.m. at the Third Avenue and Fir Street courts in Sequim. The Picklers will rotate their four trainers through the four weeks, with two trainers present at each class. The first eight people to sign up will be in the class and extras will be placed on a waiting list for the next available class.

Rollder derby squad hosts fundraiser

The Port Scandalous Roller Derby team hosts its LuLaRoe Fundraiser from 3:30-5:30 p.m. Saturday, April 15, at the Naval Elks Lodge, 131 E. First St., Port Angeles. A portion of each sale goes to the team. Call 602-316-5687 or email board.psrd@gmail.com for more information.
