Port Angeles resident James Joseph Ciss died Jan. 13, 2014, in Port Angeles at the age of 64.
Memorial services will occur at a later time in Connecticut.
He was born June 21, 1949, in Southington, Conn. to Sigmund and Regina (Symolon) Ciss. He was married to Denise Ciss.
