Help form Clallam’s shoreline master plan

Clallam County encourages public input to update its Shoreline Master Program for stream, river, lake and marine shorelines and has set public forums for residents to give their views on how best to manage river floodplains, protect private property, protect environmental resources and ensure public access.
Comments may be sent by mail to Clallam County/Department of Community Development, 223 E. Fourth St., Suite 5, Port Angeles, WA 98362; by telephone at 417-2563; by e-mail to SMP@co.clallam.wa.us; or by filling out a questionnaire at www.clallam.net/RealEstate/html/shoreline_management.htm.
