Mission statement: Healthy Families of Clallam County’s mission is to provide services empowering children, youth, adults and families to achieve their full potential, improve their physical, mental and emotional health, and live free of violence and abuse.
Service area: Central and eastern Clallam County, and collaborating with programs in Forks and Port Townsend.
People served: During the last fiscal year: provided 111 adults and 59 children with 6,053 bed-nights of shelter, served 239 victims of domestic violence and 133 victims of sexual assault.
Annual budget/United Way funding: The 2010 budget is $536,000 with a United Way allocation of $17,469 or about 3.3 percent.
