2019 Sequim Irrigation Festival float finds ‘There’s No Place Like Home’

To promote the 124th Sequim Irrigation Festival’s theme of “There’s No Place Like Home,” the float creators constructed a “Wizard of Oz”-themed production that designer Guy Horton said is the tallest and “most animated” Sequim float yet.
