The 14th-annual Dia De Muertos Fall Auction Benefit is set for 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 2, at the Sequim Masonic Hall, 700 S. Fifth Ave.

This event is a Mexican vegetarian dinner, silent auction and program. Wine and beer will be available at a no-host bar.

Cost is a suggested $20 donation; no advance tickets will be sold.

The silent auction has more than 70 unique items, including those hand-crafted from Mexico or other parts of the world

All proceeds go to educational programs and projects of Mujeres de Maiz (Women of Corn) Opportunity Foundation, a tax-exempt 501(c)3 organization. See www.MujeresDeMaizOF.org. The nonprofit organization was established to provide access to education for the young women in a seamstress cooperative centered in San Cristobal de Las Casas, Chiapas, Mexico.
