Barbara Jayne Mernin died Feb. 24, 2026 at Olympic Medical Center in Port Angeles.

She was 90.

Mernin was born Oct. 27, 1935.

A Memorial Mass will take place Tuesday, March 17, at 11 a.m. at St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church in Sequim with a reception to immediately follow. A Recitation of the Rosary will precede the Mass at 10:30 a.m.
