Sassy Kat Salon and Boutique, 105 E. First St., Port Angeles, hosts a back-to-school fashion show from 4-6 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 27. In conjunction with Teenie Queenie, Sassy Kat’s show will feature clothing for children and young adults — toddler through college age.

Barthell completes herbology coursework
Sidney Barthell, Licensed Massage Practitioner at Pathways Holistic Healthcare Center in Sequim, has completed her courses with East West Planetary Herbology of Santa Cruz, Calif., and will begin work for certification with the American Herbalists’ Guild. Hours will be Tuesday-Friday, 7:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. and Saturday, 9 a.m-1 p.m.
