Castell Insurance sponsors a shredding event from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday, March 17. LeMay Mobile Shredding will have a truck parked at the front of the office at 426 E. Washington St. in Sequim.

Chamber plans social at Five Acre School
The Sequim-Dungeness Valley Chamber of Commerce holds its next after-hours social from 5-7 p.m. Tuesday, March 20, at Five Acre School, 515 Lotzgesell Road, Sequim. Sequim Dry Cleaning to close
Sequim Dry Cleaning, 225 E. Washington St., will close on March 30.
Pickup on items will continue from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Monday-Friday until April 13. After April 13 there will be a special number to call for appointment or to arrange for delivery.
Garden named to nation’s top five
Jan’s Country Garden, 344 O’Brien Road, Port Angeles, has been selected as one of the top five dahlia gardens in the U.S.
The garden is open 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Wednesday-Saturday, beginning April 4, for customers to pick up orders or purchase tubers. Tubers are available at www.janscountrygarden.com. Call 452-8287.
