Two RE/MAX Prime brokers receive certification, homebuyers class offered and Nash's hosts plants talk

Brokers awarded certification

Nell Clausen and Trisha Cobb, both real estate brokers at RE/MAX Prime in Sequim, have been awarded the Certified Negotiation Expert designation from the Real Estate Negotiation Institute. Agents who receive this certification are among the top agents in the country in negotiation skills.

With professional negotiation skills, agents are able to help clients obtain better results in the sale or purchase of their home. CNE agents have a thorough understanding of how to negotiate effectively to help achieve their client’s goals.

Free class for homebuyers

A free homebuyer education class is set for 9 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Saturday, April 16, at Evergreen Home Loans, 542 N. Fifth Ave. Suite 2B, Sequim.

Refreshments will be provided. The featured speaker is Andrea Gilles, broker and co-owner at Professional Real Estate.

Talk on plant communication at Nash’s

Pam Larsen, co-founder of the Community Organic Gardens of Sequim (pictured at left) , will present “The Volatile Language of Plants” at Nash’s Farm Store, 4681 Sequim-Dungeness Way in Dungeness, at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 23.
