Hanshew is new operations manager

Justin Hanshew has been hired as the new operations manager at the Holiday Inn Express, Sequim.

Bret Wirta, Wirta Hospitality Worldwide CEO and hotel owner, said, “Justin brings an incredible amount of experience to our management staff, including working and managing marquee hotels in Las Vegas.”

Hanshew was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nev. His hospitality career took him from there to Salt Lake City, Utah, where he gained valuable experience with branded hotels such as Starwood, Hyatt and especially Intercontinental Hotels Group, where he became proficient on the Holiday Inn Express property management system.

Camaraderie Cellars marks 25th year

Don and Vicki Corson, owners of Camaraderie Cellars, Port Angeles, announce their 25th business anniversary.

Over the years Camaraderie Cellars has earned over 400 major medals. All grapes are brought directly from Eastern Washington vineyards.
