Rayonier Mill 20-year reunion set

Patent approved

Vision Works IP, Sequim, has been assigned a patent (9,550,452) developed by two co-inventors for “early warning of vehicle deceleration.” The co-inventors are Alfred S. Braunberger, Sequim, and Beau M. Braunberger, Upland, Calif. The patent application was filed on April 1, 2013.

Sequim apiary wins prestigious award

Owner Buddy Depew from the Sequim Bee Farm announces that for the second year in a row, the apiary has won the Good Food Awards for its honey; this year for its blackberry. The Good Food Awards recognizes handcrafted food, produced with sustainable practices. Sequim Bee Farm was the only apiary in Washington to bring home a medal. There were over 2,100 entries for this award.
