Free yang tai chi, qi gong sessions

Fit4Life Studio of Sequim hosts free yang tai chi and qi gong at Carrie Blake Community Park, at 10 a.m. on Mondays and Fridays and 9 a.m. on Wednesdays, weather permitting. Sessions are 45 minutes each. Meet at the James Center for the Performing Arts band shelter.

Massage business open in PA

To Live Well Massage has opened at 104 N. Laurel St. Suite #101, Port Angeles. Owner Susana Jimenez’s business offers customized massage services adaptable to customers’ work schedules. The Business is also open 8 a.m.-8 p.m. during the week and offers weekend appointments. Jimenez will offer ashiatsu massage, a barefoot massage technique, later this year.
