Lavender growers attend conference

Three members of the Sequim Lavender Growers Association joined fellow growers from the U. S., Great Britain and Canada at the recent Northwest Regional Lavender Conference in Everett on Nov. 11-13.

The conference covered recent trends in the lavender industry, the lavender market, agri-tourism and festival productions.

Attendees Mary Jendrucko, co-owner of the Sequim Lavender Company and Lavender Festival director, Donna Green of Greenhill Farm, and Maureen Hanson of Lil’s Lavender Inc. noted that almost every introductory remark at the event mentioned Sequim and the Sequim Lavender Festival®.
