B & G benefit at studio

Fit4Life Studio, 1247 W. Washington St., Sequim, is sponsoring a Spinathon benefit for the Boys & Girls Club from 6 a.m.-9 p.m. Friday, Jan. 16. Come and do an indoor cycle class for hour hour or for as many hours as you can handle for a good cause.

Cost is a $25 donation, all of which will go to the Boys & Girls Club to buy new fitness equipment.

New yoga class in Dungeness

Julia Buggy, registered yoga instructor, is now offering a new Hatha yoga class appropriate for beginners and/or students seeking a slower pace from 5-6 p.m. Wednesdays at the Old Dungeness Schoolhouse, 2781 Towne Road in Sequim.

Buggy also teaches vinyasa flow classes from 6-7 p.m. Monday and Wednesday, also at the schoolhouse.

Part of the proceeds from the classes support the nonprofit Sequim Museum & Arts Center in the Sequim-Dungeness Valley, which preserves and maintains the historical building. Classes are always donation-based and the first class is free. Bring a mat, if you have one, and a water bottle.


CPAs join established firm

Tony Cunha, CPA, and Kathy Cunha, CPA, join Jeanne Martin, CPA, to form Cunha & Martin CPAs LLC.

Tony Cunha has more than 25 years of experience managing businesses in the U.S. and overseas. His practice focuses on the financial and tax planning needs of businesses and their owners.

Kathy Cunha has extensive experience as a consultant to health care, government and business clients with one of Oregon’s largest CPA firms.

Co-op stockholders to meet

The Co-op Farm & Garden True Value invites all stockholder members to the 80th Annual Meeting. The meeting will be at 7 p.m. Monday, Jan. 19, at The Co-op Farm & Garden store at 216 E. Washington St., Sequim.

The agenda includes the election of two board members and reports from the accounting firm Leffel, Otis, and Warwick P.S., certified public accountants. The Co-op management team will provide updates about the store.

Attendees will have a chance to win Co-op Farm & Garden Gift Cards worth up to $50.

This is a great opportunity for you to meet the board members and management staff and to make your voice heard. Refreshments will be served.
