Doggie yoga class set; free nutrition class slated at Sequim Gym; learn about pain management

Doggie yoga class set

Fit4Life Studio is hosting a Doga (Dog Yoga) workshop from 10:30-11:30 a.m. Saturday, April 25, at 1247 W. Washington St., Sequim. Cathy Dormaier of Emunclaw will be instructing the hands-on class. Free nutrition class slated at Sequim Gym

Sequim Gym offers a free, five-week nutritional series each Monday, starting at 11 a.m., with the first class set for April 13. Class teacher is Jane Bultedaob.

Learn pain management

Ulia Cummings, physical therapist from Sequim MFR, is giving a presentation on Myofascial Release Treatment titled “Pain Management Solutions” at 4 p.m. Wednesday, April 22, at her clinic, 181 Duke Drive, Sequim.
