Wind Rose has wines supporting NOLT
Sequim’s Wind Rose Cellars is offering two wines that benefit the North Olympic Land Trust(NOLT) a 2015 River Redd Cab and 2018 Field Blend.
Wind Rose Cellars (143 W. Washington St., windrosecellars.com) has over the years produced several wines to support the nonprofit, notes business owner David Volmut.
“I feel that our support of organizations like the North Olympic Land Trust is important. We often say, ‘Love where you live.’ Well, the Land Trust helps protect that idea by keeping lands safe for land and sea animals alike,” Volmut said.
Since its creation in 1990, NOLT has worked with local governments, local sovereign Tribes, individuals, organizations, businesses and others to permanently protect more than 3,900 acres of land across Clallam County.
