New manager at Wind Rose

Wind Rose Cellars, 143 W. Washington St., Sequim, has hired Lauren Holloway as its new bistro and wine bar manager. She manages the wine bar from food inventory, wine and beer plus manages its staff and workers.

Hardy’s barbecue planned for customers

Hardy’s Market at 10200 Old Olympic Highway, Sequim, will have a customer appreciation barbecue beginning at 11 a.m. Saturday, June 27, with free hamburgers, hot dogs and prizes plus ice cream for $2. Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 6787 will be present.

Price Ford to host fall school benefit

Price Ford Lincoln had a successful annual Spring Drive One 4UR School fundraiser at Sequim High School on May 31. The next Drive One 4UR School event will be Oct. 4 and the proceeds will be going to the Port Angeles High School Athletic Department. They will be using the money for new uniforms and equipment for the boys and girls basketball, football, cheer squad and baseball teams.
