New restaurant, Back Alley Café, opens

Guadalupe, Sergio and Nathalie Arreguin have opened the Back Alley Café at 138 W. Washington St.

The health-focused diner will serve breakfast and lunch. The salad and juice bar cafe offers non-GMO, gluten-free, vegetarian and paleo dining options.

The cafe will be open from 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Tuesdays through Saturdays, and from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. on Sundays.

Suzon’s reopens with new owners

Suzon’s Coffee Lounge, 145 E Washington St., has reopened with renovations under new owners Skylar Powell and Leandra Watson.

The lounge reopened on May 24.
